Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices across production facilities.
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data and operational technology.
• Lead IT projects for system implementations, upgrades (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT), and automation initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production-critical hardware and software applications.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of technology solutions tailored for manufacturing.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and data insights.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing IT infrastructure and applications within a manufacturing environment, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and industrial control systems.
• Proven leadership in managing IT teams, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships to support operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application in both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with manufacturing business objectives for efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Expertise in IT service management, disaster recovery, and ensuring high availability for critical production systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP modules for production.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial control systems cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing IT projects related to factory automation or new production line integration.
• Understanding of data analytics for manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs) like OEE or yield.
