Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing processes.
• Lead the commissioning, testing, and startup of new control systems and equipment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for existing control systems, robotics, and automation.
• Optimize control system performance, reliability, and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control narratives, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and IT to integrate control solutions.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation and control systems.
• Experience with robotics, motion control, or industrial vision systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with MES/MOM systems and integration strategies.
• Advanced programming experience with industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).
