Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
• Develop, train, and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and sustain gains.
• Standardize best practices and ensure effective documentation and communication of new processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex process improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities to drive cultural adoption.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or simulation software
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Experience in supply chain optimization or logistics improvement projects
