Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators in daily production operations.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Coordinate production schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication processes to minimize downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of fabrication machinery and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing fabrication environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with various fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, machining).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations relevant to fabrication.
