Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
• Manage external contractors and vendors for facility services, repairs, and projects.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Plan and manage facility space utilization, expansions, and reconfigurations to support production needs.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures for the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, budget oversight, and vendor negotiation.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance relevant to manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and best practices specific to manufacturing.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated experience managing capital projects.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
