Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities.
- Conduct advanced root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Develop, implement, and maintain FMEAs, Control Plans, and other quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met for new product introductions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Support supplier quality management through audits and performance monitoring.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP).
- Proven ability to lead complex root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action initiatives (e.g., 8D, A3).
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies and tools
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100
- Experience developing and implementing data visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
