Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Coach and mentor teams at all levels in the application of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions for operational issues.
• Develop and standardize best practices and standard operating procedures to sustain gains from improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools to achieve measurable results.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams in CI principles and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Python/R).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering CI training programs and coaching others.
• Certification or practical experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
