Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments across manufacturing facilities.
• Develop, deliver, and track EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and update EHS programs, including Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, and chemical safety.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation, prepare regulatory reports, and analyze safety performance data.
• Support emergency response planning and drills, ensuring preparedness for critical incidents.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct hazard assessments, risk analysis, and incident investigations.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and delivering EHS training programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• OSHA Outreach Trainer certification (General Industry or Construction).
