Salary Range: $74,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex electrical failures on production lines.
- Lead electrical engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and industrial automation systems.
- Strong experience with electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematics and panel layouts.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC, UL).
- Experience with motor control systems, including VFDs and servo drives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA/HMI development and industrial networking protocols.
- Knowledge of robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka) and their integration into manufacturing lines.
