Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for new and existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Design and build test fixtures and equipment to validate product functionality and performance.

• Document test procedures, results, and failure analysis reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools relevant to hardware or software testing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on test results to identify trends and root causes.
• Knowledge of specific testing equipment and methodologies used in the manufacturing industry (e.g., functional testing, performance testing, environmental testing).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with SQL for data analysis and test result validation.
