Salary Range: $70,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of components and finished goods.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document findings in bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and automation tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Validate manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, regression, environmental).
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, TestStand).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial control logic
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation
