Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
