Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and utilities.
• Document all validation activities, including deviations, change controls, and final reports.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance) to ensure successful validation.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and databases.
• Perform revalidation activities as required by regulatory guidelines or process changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during validation testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Experience with validation methodologies (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in writing and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Experience with process automation and control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in validation
• - Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5 guidelines
• - Experience with data integrity principles and their validation implications
