Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to finished product delivery.
  • Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-adding activities within the value stream.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to achieve value stream goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources and capacity planning to meet demand and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Champion lean manufacturing principles and methodologies throughout the value stream.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis for value stream disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of value stream mapping and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) tools
  • - Proven track record of successfully implementing Kaizen events
  • - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in value stream optimization
