Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance demand forecasts with available production capacity and material constraints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and adjust schedules proactively.
• Optimize inventory levels of finished goods and critical components to meet customer service targets.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems to drive effective planning and scheduling.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, production constraints, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for schedule analysis and reporting
