Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, supply management, and facilities coordination.
  • Provide direct administrative support to production, sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage office budgets, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors for services and supplies.
  • Facilitate HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll liaison.
  • Maintain and organize company records, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company events.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures to support manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in office management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with an ERP system or similar business management software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee facility-related services.
  • Understanding of basic HR functions and workplace safety protocols relevant to a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or manufacturing-specific software.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA standards).
  • Exposure to facilities management or vendor coordination for plant operations.
  • Experience supporting HR functions for a diverse, blue-collar workforce.
