Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Monitor production line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment upkeep and process improvements.
• Manage raw material inventory on the line and ensure efficient material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Proven experience leading and supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
