Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed quality records and logs.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate containment and disposition procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate various precision measuring instruments and equipment.
- Conduct first-article, in-process, and final product inspections in accordance with quality plans and specifications.
- Verify product compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and support corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Prior experience in a quality inspection or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills for defect identification.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with metrology and calibration processes.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for drawing interpretation.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience using Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
