Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of orders.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and ensure strict adherence to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate production schedules, material flow, and equipment readiness to optimize output.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing skill development for the production team.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP software.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration or project leadership.
