Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train new production personnel and provide ongoing coaching for skill development.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Proficiency in production processes, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and promoting a safe work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
