Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC code and industrial control systems.
• Integrate and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define control system specifications and requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to existing PLC programs and hardware.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control systems and programming logic.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel on control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• 3-5+ years of experience in industrial automation, including commissioning and support in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex control system issues.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Familiarity with database integration for data logging or recipe management.
• Exposure to industrial robotics or vision systems programming.
