Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) software for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Design and configure HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnostics on automated production lines and machinery.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new and modified automation systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, optimization, and upgrades for existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs, system configurations, and electrical schematics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming industrial PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including motors, drives, sensors, and safety circuits.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) beyond basic device setup.
• Experience integrating and programming industrial robots or vision systems.
• Familiarity with database integration (e.g., SQL) for data acquisition and reporting.
