Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire logistics process, from inbound raw materials to outbound finished goods.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, minimizing carrying costs, and meeting production schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to secure favorable terms and service.
• Implement and maintain efficient shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and service enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales departments to align logistics strategies with business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, transportation logistics, and international shipping regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced WMS or ERP (e.g., SAP EWM) implementation or optimization projects.
• Proven track record in international freight management and customs compliance.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization.
