Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the supply chain.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier selection, freight negotiation, and shipment scheduling.
• Direct warehouse operations, encompassing storage, material handling, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international transportation regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and sales to align logistics operations with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and transportation optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced WMS/TMS implementation or optimization projects.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization.
• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification.
• Experience with international logistics, customs compliance, and global trade regulations.
