Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
  • Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) across manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies.
  • Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
  • Analyze production data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and production processes.
  • Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles in a production environment.
  • Proven expertise in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing methodologies like Root Cause Analysis and A3 thinking.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing integration
