Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
- Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, and statistical analysis to improve asset performance.
- Monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on design for reliability for new equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability improvements and best practices.
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, predict potential failures, and drive decision-making.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in reliability methodologies such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, and statistical analysis (e.g., Weibull).
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies and strategies.
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis for asset performance improvement.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R)
- Experience optimizing or implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
