Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
- Implement and manage predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Lead capital projects focused on improving equipment reliability and uptime.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations personnel on reliability best practices.
- Optimize critical spare parts strategies and inventory levels.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of reliability engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies.
- Practical experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, including maintenance data analysis, KPI calculation, and CMMS utilization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
- Experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., IoT sensors, machine learning for anomaly detection)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
