Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and lower costs within manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) methodologies.
• Develop and implement robust control plans and statistical process control (SPC) measures to sustain improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes of quality issues and operational inefficiencies.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes (e.g., DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing).
• Extensive experience in process improvement, waste reduction, and root cause analysis within manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel).
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.
