Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify, define, and scope complex manufacturing process improvement projects using DMAIC or DMADV frameworks.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve product quality, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure sustainable process improvements.
• Drive change management initiatives to embed Six Sigma principles and a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
• Track and report on project progress, savings, and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Standardize best practices and ensure adherence to Six Sigma standards across manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• - Advanced statistical software proficiency (e.g., Minitab, JMP) beyond basic Six Sigma applications
• - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
