Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and uptime of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., MES, ERP).
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production environments.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness plans for all IT systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade servers, workstations, network devices, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand system requirements and integrate new technologies that support manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) and cybersecurity principles applicable to industrial environments.
• Direct experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing setting, including familiarity with OT/IT convergence.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, MES, or PLC connectivity.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions for critical production systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems in a production environment.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for OT/ICS environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies supporting critical manufacturing applications.
