Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of IT infrastructure and critical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP).
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and operational technology (OT) issues across the plant.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT environments, including vulnerability management.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN) to support production processes and data flow.
• Develop and execute backup, recovery, and business continuity plans for all critical manufacturing data and systems.
• Administer virtualized environments, servers, storage, and cloud resources essential for plant operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand system requirements and support the integration of new technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and industrial networking principles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or integrating with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as SCADA, PLCs, or MES.
• Experience with data backup, recovery, and business continuity planning in a production environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices for securing IT/OT environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as PLCs, SCADA, or MES.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA) and network segmentation for production environments.
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) infrastructure.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) or critical manufacturing infrastructure.
• Experience with data historian systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI, AspenTech IP.21) used for manufacturing process data.
