Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of all inventory records through cycle counting and regular audits.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/WMS system.
- Analyze inventory trends, identify root causes for discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align inventory strategies.
- Oversee the disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies, such as JIT, Lean Manufacturing, and cycle counting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to inventory optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with WMS integration for automated warehousing systems (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS)
