Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of all inventory records through cycle counting and regular audits.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/WMS system.
• Analyze inventory trends, identify root causes for discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align inventory strategies.
• Oversee the disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5+ years) in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies, such as JIT, Lean Manufacturing, and cycle counting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to inventory optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with WMS integration for automated warehousing systems (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS)
