Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Implement, test, and commission new control systems and automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and hardware issues in production environments.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control system documentation, and program backups.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation projects from concept to completion.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards and experience implementing safety-rated control systems (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 62061).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency with SQL databases and data logging for OEE/MES integration.
• Familiarity with vision inspection systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Understanding of industrial network design and cybersecurity best practices.
