Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and meet targets.
  • Manage the plant budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and operational performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage plant assets, including equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, to maximize uptime and longevity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong financial management skills, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large teams while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0).
  • MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
