Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical components, wiring, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, codes, and company policies (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E).
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using various testing tools and equipment.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and controls as required.

Recommended Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Strong understanding of motor controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and industrial power distribution systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adherence to safety regulations, including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems and safety interlocks
• Certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E) or other advanced electrical safety training
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
