Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automated production lines and equipment.
• Lead the integration and commissioning of new automation machinery and robotic systems.
• Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics and program code.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on automation systems.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robot programming, integration, and maintenance (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automation systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Familiarity with machine vision systems and their integration.
• Knowledge of data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI) and industrial data analytics platforms.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Certifications or experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
