Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automated equipment and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Integrate automation solutions with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other enterprise-level software.
• Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational manuals.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics, machine vision systems, or motion control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex automation issues in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB).
• Proficiency in machine vision system setup and programming for quality inspection or guidance.
• Familiarity with IIoT platforms, data analytics tools, or cloud integration for manufacturing data.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and network security best practices.
• Experience with MES/ERP system integration with shop floor automation.
