Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Implement, commission, and test new automation equipment, including robotics and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues with existing automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Optimize current automation processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and production throughput.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate and support automation initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA system development.
• Experience with industrial robotics integration, programming, and troubleshooting (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) and sensor/actuator integration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex automated systems and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 79) and their application in automated environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques for manufacturing data (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and database integration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
