Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and maintain PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Design, integrate, and commission new control systems and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Create and maintain detailed control system documentation, including schematics and functional specifications.
• Implement process improvements and upgrades to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, execution, and validation.
• Ensure all control systems comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot electrical control systems and schematics.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, including robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
• Proven experience in project management, from concept to commissioning, within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency with vision inspection systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality control.
• Knowledge of database integration (e.g., SQL) for data logging and reporting from control systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
