Salary Range: $117,000 - $166,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and efficiency.
• Ensure the development and implementation of robust, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate engineering solutions with production, quality, and R&D.
• Manage departmental budget, allocate resources, and oversee capital expenditure for engineering projects.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes, automation, and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Experience with strategic planning, budget management, and capital expenditure for engineering projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, automation, or IoT.
• Proficiency with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter).
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to mass production.
