Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, from conception to completion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in engineering principles relevant to manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and experience driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion within budget and schedule.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical and operational issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML applications).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record in leading multiple successful New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles.
• Experience managing engineering teams or projects across global locations.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
