Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, skilled trades, and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies.
- Administer and support performance management processes, including reviews and development plans for manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training programs, focusing on safety, compliance, and skills development.
- Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and oversee leave management in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Handle workers' compensation claims, promote a culture of safety, and conduct incident investigations.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and HR compliance specific to manufacturing.
- Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience managing HR data, reporting, and process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels, from the production floor to senior leadership.
Bonus Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety program administration
- Experience with HRIS/timekeeping systems common in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos)
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
