Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversees employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions in a factory setting.
- Administers performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and developing improvement plans for manufacturing staff.
- Ensures HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Coordinates and delivers training programs, including safety, compliance, and skills development for the production workforce.
- Manages compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support, leave management, and benefits enrollment for plant employees.
- Maintains accurate HR records and utilizes the HRIS for data management and generating HR reports relevant to manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment for production and skilled trades roles.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll processes for a diverse, often shift-based, workforce.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting a unionized workforce or familiarity with collective bargaining agreements.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll systems common in manufacturing environments (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now).
