Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate high-impact improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship on CI methodologies and tools to all levels of staff.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project progress and results.
• Drive a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the plant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI principles into daily operations and problem-solving.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement robust solutions for complex operational issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing significant Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience applying Continuous Improvement principles to Industry 4.0 initiatives (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation).
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain optimization projects using CI methodologies.
• Formal certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
