Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and quality.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, quality specifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations with all project stakeholders.
• Oversee the successful transition of new products or processes into full-scale manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and resource management.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience with ERP and MES system implementations or optimizations
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation technologies
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics in a manufacturing context
