Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production lines.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and scrap.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and/or PLC programming.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, and new product introduction (NPI).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or IIoT technologies.
• Proficiency in specific simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) or advanced CAD/CAM tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools and statistical process control (SPC) for process optimization.
