Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for manufacturing positions.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments, evaluating skills relevant to a production environment.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including industry-specific job boards and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and provide recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing-specific roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and common job functions.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume hiring setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or production management roles
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
• Proficiency with enterprise ATS/HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
