Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including skilled trades, production operators, and engineering positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive manufacturing market.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and employment regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with vocational schools, trade organizations, and community resources to establish talent pipelines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for various roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production, quality).
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, industry challenges, and the specific skills required for different roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a focus on evaluating technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience recruiting for specific skilled trades (e.g., CNC Machinists, Welders) or engineering disciplines (e.g., Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers).
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, German, or Mandarin.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
