Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor production and quality staff on quality principles and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and FMEA.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
