Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from design to manufacturing and delivery.
- Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and defect resolution.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining quality requirements and validating manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with core quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
- Solid understanding and application of ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
- Proven ability to conduct statistical analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB).
- Experience conducting internal or external audits to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards.
